“An architectural statement at the Kieler Hörn.”

The project Kool Kiel consists of three construction fields – on the 31^st Mai 2022 the building application for the third construction field W1 was submitted. Now the building application for all three construction fields have been submitted. The foundation stone has been laid for the creation of a new urban quarter that will meet a variety of needs. Each of the three construction fields is realized individually and modern. The planning idea of creating a quarter that can become a new Kiel icon as an inspiring "city within the city" is expressed at first glance: through the unique "Kiel facade", through an exciting design of the individual buildings and through a lot of green, a lot of light and even more air.
