Two-part housing project in Berlin-Pankow

A modern student residence with a total of 261 fully furnished apartments was built on the site. The building offers young people a comfortable home in close proximity to various study places.

The project was successfully sold to an investment fund, which ensures the ongoing operation of the student residence in close cooperation with an experienced operator.
