A Mixed-Use building with a classic construction design.

The project is based on the Sawade architecture of the neighboring building "Platinum", both in terms of facade structure (light-colored clinker bricks) and architectural concept. Tenant for the office spaces is DeBeKa. The Novum Hotel Group runs the “the niu dwarf” Hotel according to the motto dwarfs. Next to the building there is a listed chapel from Paul Egeling, which is located on the “Zwölf-Apostel-Kirchhof”.
