An impressive connection between monument and modern age.

In the Berlin district of Reinickendorf, a forward-looking urban quarter with a variety of uses is being built on a spacious plot of land. A modern all-suite hotel, a residential building and an office building are planned - an ensemble that harmoniously combines living, working and hospitality.

A particular highlight is the renovation of the exisiting building ("die fiese Remise"). After the renovation, it will become the meeting point of the new quarter and form the cultural center of the area.
