A Mixed-Use building with a classic construction design.

The design of the project is based on the striking Sawade architecture of the neighbouring "Platinum" building. Light-colored clinker brick facades and clear architectural lines combine the two buildings to create a harmonious overall picture.

The office area of the new building is used by DeBeKa - one of the largest insurance companies in Germany. In the same building, the Novum Hotel Group has opened a lifestyle-hotel "the niu Dwarf", which provides an extraordinary hotel experience with the charming motto "garden gnomes".
